Lyrical Analysis of 400 LuxBy analyzing the lyrics of our chosen song this allowed us to pick out the conventions and codes from the song and come up with narrative ideas and small things we could include in our music video. For example. 'drape your wrist over the steering wheel' we could have a shot of someone driving their car with their wrist over the wheel. This would link to the Goodwin's theory of music videos as illustration. We could also understand the music video much more as we can closely analyse the lyrics and understand the mood and meaning of the song, so that we don't misinterpret the vibe of the song and make a sad music video when it is in fact a reasonably positive music video.
