Digipak completed:
By following my previously created digipak template it enabled me to use the photo shopped and edited images to position them onto where about they would be on my actual CD cover. As you can see the main image is the artist by flowers which conveys a unique and conventional setting as well as the subsidiary content such as the names of the songs featured within the album as well as the price of the album and the exclusive album being out now.
The main theme of the digipak was floral mixed with a sharp contrast of low key lighting in order to reflect the enigmatic conventions of the character. The synergy aspect of our digipak and final product is reflected through the similarities between the music video and the digipak; I utilised similar fonts on both products and both featured both low key lighting and dark casted shadows as well as pink/red hued filters and splashes of colour to majorly contrast one another.
By using similar features on both products it will add to the longevity of the franchise and will allow the audience to passively acknowledge the music video and album cover being a part of the same franchise and both buy the album and watch the music video.
