Target Audience Feedback

After completing a rough edit for our music video we collectively developed some questions to ask some people who fit our demographic regarding the music video.

We played the music video to them twice and had them make notes on what they thought was good and bad about the rough edit. 

By filming the audience feedback we gain a response from them which will help us understand what features people actually like from the rough edit and how we can alter and improve it based off of their suggestions...

From their feedback we have concluded that we have created a music video which is conventional to the genre of indie/alternative which is easily recognisable by the demographic. We will keep the use of the red filter and the montage as these aspects were praised by the group however we had some criticisms...

We will work on further experimentation of editing and try to be even more creative with the features we include, as well as making sure there are no vertical shots and the transitions are all precise so that we are as professional as possible. 

We also asked our friends for feedback on our music video and their responses also helped us know and understand the types of things we should alter and attempt to improve in our music video...
