Filming Log- Day 1

Day 1 of Filming 

On the 13th of January, my team and I embarked on our first day of filming and went to Manchester with our camera, and our actors and went to film some of our narrative in the indoor settings we have chosen, them being the likes of Manchester's Affleck's Palace and vintage clothing stores such as COW and Urban Outfitters. 

We filmed some tracking shots and experimental shots initially to use in our montage and also as establishments of our setting in the actual music video. 

On this day we discovered that we would need a lot more footage than we initially believed we would and so we added more dates to our original filming log so we had as much time as possible to get enough footage so when it comes to editing we have more than enough and we don't have to go back to filming once post production editing has began as it would set us back drastically in our progression and time- management. 

Unfortunately, what we had initially set out to do with regards to the filming was delayed by the weather, when it began to rain we made the decision that it would not be professional to continue filming as the rain we did not plan for within our narrative and it would be obvious that it was filmed on different days because of the different weather, which would've caused multiple complications to our music video narrative.
