Practise shot types

Practicing our camera skills..

Long shot; this shot can be used to show a characters style in our music video, eg.. long shot of Izzie to show her indie attire.

Mid shot; this can show the character in slightly more detail whilst still revealing the artists style and body language, allows us to see facial expression clearer and helps establish the mood, etc...

close up; the use of a close up shot can reveal the characters emotions and facial expressions clearly and in detail, very effective 

also, the extreme close up; this enhances the way we see the character and we can see all of the detail and emotion in their face, eg; tears in eyes, wrinkles, ect...

side shot; this shows a character from a side profile

low angle shot; can make a subject appear to be intimidating or of power

high angle shot; this can make a subject appear to be small or weak and of less authority than another
