Despite our chosen song not having excessive inappropriate language, our music video will include themes which are potentially inappropriate for younger children, maybe under the age of 12 or 13. 

It is necessary for music videos to include something which will highlight the fact that there may be things in it which shouldn't be seen by younger children and so therefore it lets parents know that they might not want their child to be seeing it. 

In this music video it clearly states that people watching it should be aware that it includes themes which may not be suitable for children due to the 'explicit content' involved.

This is massively important and necessary for the producers/ label to include in order to avoid getting in trouble over children viewing videos which aren't appropriate.

-swearing
